The temple of 10,000 lanterns is an impressive structure from the outside. Inside the donated lanterns that are eternally lit are a magnificent sight. There are no cameras permitted when you cross the Gobyonohasji Bridge so no pics of the temple or lanterns.

One of the many sights at the eastern end of Koya. You will doubtless by walking up here to visit Okuno-In. Be sure to visit the Lantern Hall. VERY restrictive photo policy.

A beautiful and serene temple. You cannot take pictures anywhere in the (small) complex. We burnt a small candle and some incense.
