Mt. Gozaisho-dake's height is just over 1,000 m, not particularly high compare to other mountains with a rope way. Though the height of the tower supporting the rope way is very high! On the top of the moutain, you can enjoy skying in winter.

Take the rope way up, or trek, either way you are treated with awesome views of the mountains. Been there many times, and each time the view was different and breathtaking. The momiji in autumn is really amazing, and they say on a clear day...More

Visited goazaishow in October with some colleagues from work two of which were from japan (one of whomever) was from the area close to the mountain. It took us about 2 hours to get to the top of the mountain which is fairy fast going....More
