There's basically no English here, so just be aware of that. Also, if you're not familiar with konnyaku, it's a semi-gelatinous product formed from a plant root. You get to see konnyaku being made, as well as some packaged jelly manufacturing - both pretty interesting...More

Most of the machines on the self-guided tour were being cleaned so you couldn't actually see them working, but there were still videos to show you the process. Maybe I just went too late in the day. Everything is in Japanese, but there were pamphlets...More
