There's basically no English here, so just be aware of that. Also, if you're not familiar with konnyaku, it's a semi-gelatinous product formed from a plant root. You get to see konnyaku being made, as well as some packaged jelly manufacturing - both pretty interesting...More

Our kids enjoyed this factory tour and seeing how shirataki noodles, fruit jelly, and various food products are made from konnyaku. Machines and robots can be observed from observation windows above the factory floor as the production of various food products unfolds before your eyes....More

Most of the machines on the self-guided tour were being cleaned so you couldn't actually see them working, but there were still videos to show you the process. Maybe I just went too late in the day. Everything is in Japanese, but there were pamphlets...More

Bunch of soul food. Brazilian never like. For what? It said as an additive for open babe cuisine. Rather go somewhere else.

This is a huge facility dedicated to promoting Konnyaku (yam gelitan cake). You can view a faux (but working) konnyaku factory. There's a free konnyaku cafeteria with 10 or so different types of konnyaku. I ate a whole tray of the stuff and never wanted...More
