In contrast to the madhouse at Yala NP, this is a less traveled venue so the roads are not as rutty which makes for a wonderful safari experience. In addition to the abundant bird life one can see elephants and monkeys at close reange.

This was really good, saw so many birds and crocks, managed to get some wonderful photo's and the guild that attends from the venue was very knowleiable.

An excellent tour through this park, only saw 3 other safari jeeps. Knowledgeable guide, saw big mammals, reptiles and a myriad of birds. Definitely more relaxed than Yala and worth a visit.

We enjoyed a great Safari into Bundala & our guide was terrific pointing out all the different birds species & explaining their habitat & characteristics. Would highly recommend this safari when traveling in SriLanka

This national park is much better than Yale. I saw much more animals and there are almost NO people inside (opposite to Yale, which is more like a race, car chasing leopard)

national park was designated as a biosphere reserve by UNESCO. you could see different species migratory birds, and this is a place you should visit if you are a birds lover.
