A lovely, scenic area that is great for children and dogs, however it was marred by camper vans camped in areas they shouldn't be causing hazards to children and dog walkers (a dog was narrowly missed by a car driving on to the grass area)...More

Beautiful setting overlooking lake. Very peaceful & food excellent and good value for money. Definitely use this spot more.

Great family (Inc the dog ) place to visit . Lake and children's adventure park with beautiful walks. Very reasonable priced cafe serving hot and cold delights . Boats to hire and even camp if you like. Great for all the tribe !

It's not too far, probably a 20 - 30min walk through Sheerness town. I saw a bus stop on the main road but I don't know what number bus it would be.

We have used our own inflatable dingy and have seen lots of other various crafts on the water, they charge £5 all day.
