While visiting Lumby we decided to visit Mabel Lake. Its about 35 - 40 minutes away which isn't too bad of a drive. The final road to the lake isn't paved and only has gravel on it so watch your speed. Upon entering you can...More

Was nice area very tight and cramped in the services site areas. Would highly recommend the unserviced for those who are inclined. Amazing staff that assisted with the daunting task of getting huge trailers into tiny spaces. They were an asset. The beach and store...More

I understand the need to keep things in line but I have never met less friendly and rude people as the campsite hosts at this campground. At 10pm with no music playing and just relaxed talking a host came storming through the woods yelling how...More

This is a very well hidden retreat known mainly to locals and with much lakeside property privately owned. The scenery is simply stunning and with patience, which is easy in these soundings, a variety of wildlife and birds can be observed from moose, bears, otters...More

There needs to be a more and better boat launches for this park. More campsites because this park is in overflow condition almost continuely from the beginning of the season until after August. Has a hand gas bar and store.

No cell service in the park, but if you have a cell booster you can get a signal 2.1 kms away (towards Lumby). If no booster, it’s about 10k to service.

The park is set amongst trees but I would have thought that you could park your RV. There is a circular good road through the park area which should give you room to manoeuvre and allow an easy exit. Enjoy.
