Waseda University isn't an average university, au contraire. But its campus is, like most universities in Japan. Other than the landmark tower there is not much to see, just rather drab, functional buildings.

There isn't really any reason to stop here if you're a tourist. However, I happened to be in town for graduation -- and it was stunning to see the women in their traditional dress.

A typical city university campus. Not very big but quiet at the time of our visit during New Year break.

Just visiting tokyo to drop daughter off at waseda. Veru impreesed with the place. The intro was very reassuring and the buildings are lovely

I walked around there myself, thinking of my alma mater New Asia College which is as beautiful as Waseda University. The museum about the history of Waseda is also worthwhile to visit

The campus in general wasnt much to see. Lots of students that spoke english were very helpful. One of the student lend us to the cafeteria. Near the cafeteria was very pretty. There was a park and trees. It was really nice.

When you visit the city, it is happiness to visit the university of the city. I can observe the civilization of the city. You can see students' appearance, classroom scenery, restaurant in front of school, temple around.

waseda has a long hisory. the university himsels is excellent. sport clubs at this university are strong an nationwide famous.
