"Shinjuku-batting-center" serves as a landmark of "Kabuki-cho." Entrance to an institution is no charge. When enjoying "BATTING," it is 300 yen 1 time, and they are 26 ball. I am preparing a bat, shoes, and a glove for nothing. There is also a place which enjoys pitching. Please come for play.

The Japanese appear to be obsessed with baseball, and going to a batting centre to hit a few balls after work is a common way for Japanese businessmen to unwind after a long way at the office. We decided to give this a go ourselves....More

A pretty unique little batting centre right in the heart of the city. We enjoyed going there after spending a couple of hours at karaoke. Good for boys and girls alike. *If you’re new to baseball, make sure you go to the last three cages...More

A small but fun baseball batting range. A selection of ball speeds and difficulty make it open to beginners and, fanatics. ¥300 for twenty two pitches. Well worth a visit if you are in Shinjuku and, fancy a wild swing or two.

Well worth doing while in Shinjuku that's different from the rest of the neon nightlife. And they're accomodating if you speak no Japanese.

I read about this place through Tripadvisor and included into our itinerary only as a "time filler". It so happened that we were in the vicinity, so no harm checking this place out. Boy, were we glad we did. It was just good old clean...More

Great way to burn some energy. Cheap way to entertain yourself. Good location and easy to find. Not too busy and open late. Would recommend trying if you dont have this back in your home country.
