No one could speak English. They sold us tickets to the later session instead of the one that was on at the time. We had to go back and change the tickets. Then there was only 3D available so had to pay more. Total cost...More

These are great Cinemas - every seat has a perfect view. Film I saw was dubbed into Japanese, but had english subtitles.

Although this theater is very close to Shinagawa station ( it takes 5min), the space is always free except for special program. then you can watch the movie comfortably.
