Although views are partially restricted on one side, we still found that you get excellent views across Tokyo and the harbour from here. Definitely worth doing if you have time. Views are similar to what you'd see from the Government Buildings.

Unfortunately one side view is blocked by another building but the other views are great and the price is cheap so great value. Also handy that it is above shopping and train networks.
