We had a Hanami picnic without cherry blossoms. The park was bigger than expected and people seemed to have plenty of space. There are shops inside the park so one. An get foods and beverages.

It's a bit away from the center. Huge open spaces, beautiful trees, a bird sanctuary, lots of water. Very nice walking inside.
