We have been there for BBQ with friends. The BBQ space is great and the park management would provide necessary BBQ goods you need(paid). The park is huge and have lot of space and some attractions for the kids. Really great place for your weekends!
Lots of open space for kids to run around, bbq or picnic. There are a few food stalls selling the usual junk, I tried a hot dog and some tacos although wouldn’t recommend either.

Beatiful, well looked after place.
Only downside was that river cruises weee not operating for some reason.
Make sure to take ferris wheel, awesome views

Always wanted to go there since feb but freezing winter made us hesitant. Finally visited in june. Huge park...take the train around the park. Slow, a little creaky...but fun.
Stop at the aquarium, have lunch at the cafe. Take a walk....fun.
