Mom is a great cook in her own right, but she still LOVED this class! We made 2 kinds of sushi, soup, donkatsu! If u have time, do the market tour option!!!! This class is a great foodie alternative to a walking food tour

Our family had a great time in the great tour and cooking lesson. Yukiko is an excellent teacher full of knowledge. We learned a lot, laughed a lot and ate a lot of good sushi, miso and tamago. Thank you Yukiko and Risa!!

We also got a market tour and we made sushi, miso, and mochi. We got to cut our fish for the temari sushi and roll all the sushi and mochi. Super fun and tasty!!!

Very friendly people and great chef! If you want to experience Japanese food at its best, you need to learn some of the cooking techniques. This school makes it very easy for foreigners to learn. Ingredients are super fresh and just the best quality!

Ginza / Tokyo Nihonbashi
Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over
a hundred years ago. Department stores and luxury
boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
