The train ride from Yokota takes us 2.5 hrs to Tokyo Station. The station opens out into a beautiful garden like area with nice views of the old and well preserved train station. It's hard to believe this station is over 100 years old!

I spent several hours walking around this beautiful gothic/deco treat. Everyone is rushing madly, but it it worth taking a look at this great architectural marvel slowly and give yourself time to look at this lovely place from the golden age of travel.

This station is one of the most interesting train stations that I have been through. From here you have a short walk to the Imperial Palace and you are in the heart of Tokyo. Beautiful buildings that were rebuilt after WWII. They resemble ones that...More

Giant station with great shopping, we got lost so many times! The food is fabulous! We also went to character street and bought great bento boxes for the train.

Ginza is famous for being a trendy hotspot, but it's
also a downtown area with shops that were founded over

boutiques line the route from Nihonbashi to Ginza.
It's a long established tradition to shop and stroll
while the road is closed to traffic. Luxury hotels,
world class cuisine from talented chefs, and a
collection of glitzy clubs will make this area popular
