Arrived at Mitsubishi building ticket office with pre-paid on-line vouchers but was told there is no more seats left on buses on this day. Staff does not speak good english, very disorganised. Overpriced and not worth the time. complete disappointment !

There’s more than one bus operator. The one we took was dreadful but it might be worth researching to check out other operators.
