The other reviews tell you all you need to know about the waterfall itself- it’s beautiful, the water is very cold, it’s located down approximately 200 stair steps approximately one-eighth of a mile from the parking area. I’ll share our experience getting there by ‘collectivo’:...More

To get to the waterfall you must walk/climb some time. Be prepared to get dirty. But when you arrive the trouble was worth it. It's a beautiful place to visit.

A waterfall that is really close to the town where you can swim, jump from the rocks to this one, or just spend some time in this one. Can be consider part of the trail to other waterfalls.

The waterfall is beautiful and provided a refreshing swim after the long hike to get to it. There is a zipline on the way if you want to skip some of the walking. There were many vendors selling crafts and refreshments along the way.

Amazing hidden gem located near the village of Cuetzalan. It's a long walk down, but so worth it! And they only charge 5 pesos per person...a real deal! :)
