Went there on my recent visit to Kronberg on February 19, but unfortunately, the castle was closed. It will remain closed until March 17 for the winter break. The area itself seems nice and the houses surrounding looks like out of fairy tale books. Good...More

It is a nice castle. Has entrance fee. In a part of it, there are hosted events. Not crowded, perfect for a walk. The view on the town and on Frankfurt is really good.

Really good castle to see! Interesting design, and a great guide! We were guided through the castle, where we learned about the local history!
