I'd highly, highly recommend this to anyone who's even considering going. This will be the highlight of your trip to the area. The owner is incredibly passionate about his farm, his plants, nature, and sustainable processes. You won't just learn about cacao and make chocolate, but you'll also learn about how he's built his farm, try a tonne of amazing fresh fruits, and have an incredible time with him and his wife. I couldn't recommend this more.

My husband and I enjoyed an interesting, entertaining, and delicious visit to Luis Hernandez’s organic farm. After an exciting Jeep ride to reach Brisas del Cauca, we were warmly welcomed and taught about chocolate making as well as treated to a tour of many organically grown fruits and herbs. Great day!

Very much worth the visit if you have the opportunity. Stunning part of the world, and Luis Fernando who owns the farm, makes an effort showing you all the numerous fruit trees on the farm along with numerous fruits to eat along the way. My boys enjoyed the opportunity to make chocolate, and we all enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal.

Amazing tour of an organic and picturesque Finca with a great home cooked lunch and an experience making cocoa and touring, touring the farm and tasting organic fruit. The setting is absolutely stunning and the host Luis Fernando is enthusiastic, kind, welcoming and generous. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough. It is great for all ages- both our teenagers and younger kid absolutely loved it loved Luis.
