If you want to do some shopping outside of Tokyo this maybe the place. It also has some interesting shops like in harajuku though not so crowded and without young girls dressing up in cosplay costumes as an example. The nearby park is a good...More

Full of interesting fashion minded people into music, culture. Great place to hang out in a good or even in a bad weather day when the Inogashira Park gets empty.
