I can't say anything special about the place. It's one of the many beaches in the area, up there, NW Luzon.
Good for family gatherings, bike tours etc. Walking around and collecting shells and corals - really good place to chill.
Do not expect too much if you like to swim - scenery is very beautiful but water up there is usually very shallow until you hit the coral reefs, that one can not pass bare footed anyway :)

the beach is really clean and child-friendly. the owner of the resort I stayed is kind though disappointing because we have to get out of the resort we stayed to reached the beach itself. I suggest you must ask the beach owner first if their place is good for swimming or only for scenery.

Tondol is relatively easy to get to in comparison with some other of the "off the beaten track" beaches and is a pleasant place to spend a few hours. As others have said, the water is very shallow for a long way out making it safer for young kids, but obviously you need to keep an eye on them. The beach itself is an off white and won't stand up to the scrutiny of those who have visited Boracay, but it's okay. There is a distinct lack of free facilities, and in general a lack of facilities at all. For example we tried to buy a beach ball and believe it or not there was absolutely nowhere that could help us, despite there being a few volleyball nets set up on the beach. Budding entrepreneurs please note the market gap. You can, however, buy souvenirs. Overall, if you are in this neck of the woods, i.e. Pangasinan, this should definitely be on your list of beaches to visit.

White sand and clear water, but i won't say that its clean, 2-3 sand bars, but the local should clean the water as there are so many sea grass and sea weeds along the shores and scattered along the sand bars, it should be maintain like how they do it in famous beaches, that's why its not as picture perfect. The sand bar can be easily access, since the water is only knee deep.

The beach is for a stroll and taking our kids for a swim, as for adults, you can do kayaking, beach volleyball, and other shore activities. as for now, Tondol Beach, Anda still has a long way to go in maintaining the clean beach. LGU should find a way how to clean the shores and find a way to control the waste from the sea and waste from tourist.

Tourist should also do their part to clean the beach.

I love the beach. The sand is not really white compared to Boracay but it seems white when the sun is shining brightly. The water is clear and ideal for kids since it is shallow. However, people who love to swim might need to walk a little further from the shore to swim decently. My family and I had fun there. Will go back if I have the chance again.

It's definitely a long drive from the city but is absolutely worth it. You don't need to spend a lot of money to get there. The place is so serene with clear blue water. Shellfish are everywhere which makes the visit more fun. The best thing is that, it isn't crowded. It's like it's your own.

This is the only beach the I have been with a very low water level all year round that makes it a child friendly beach. When it is high tide, the maximum level that the water reach is up to waist. It also has an island with a fine white sand. TBH i was surprised that there is a beach like this in Luzon area because I can only find beach like this in Visayas region. Also, this place is not yet crowded by tourist because it is not yet so popular. We went here during summer season on a weekend and we only encounter 2 tourist boats during our island hopping. *Note: I wasn’t able to take a photo of its island with the fine white sand because it was “high” tide during our tour and the whole island was submerged in water. However, high tide here means just a waist high water level (maximum).

Tondol whitebeach was a nice surprise. Travel time took about 4 1/2 hrs from Pampanga to Tondol. Roads are pave and decent all the way. The place remains unspoiled, rural and scenic. Nature lovers and beach enthusiast would appreciate its simple beauty. Water is super clear, small to no waves at all, calm water and fewer seaweed unlike Boracay with its seaweed nuiaces. Snorkeling is basic at best bec of the absence of corals. But there are some fishes that you'll see if you dare to venture much further down the ocean, which is very doable. What made it unique for us, is its the low tide wonder. The water practically recede 100 meters from the beach and the water is just ankle deep that creates various sandbar you can stand on for pictures or just sanbathing. As such we were able to walk/swim across the beach to the neighboring island across for about 1kilometer and back. The island across charges P20/person which we gladly pay to help Manong Boyet, the caretaker of that private property. We stayed at 828 resort for a day tour. Manang and her staff was accomodating and attentive. They were responsive to our needs and answer any and all of our inquiries. Overall, I gave it a 4 as it still have plenty of improvements to provide guests a more modern luxery but what made this place amazing is its simple beauty that you no longer see elsewhere.
