We went every year during the medieval fair. It was fun dressing up and being with so many other people dressed in Period costumes.

Our visit was in winter, and our view of it very similar to the picture. Fog swirled around it constantly changing the light and the atmosphere. Just beautiful!

We made 2 visits here at the castle..first to visit,at €2 its well worth the cost, and enjoy a very good slice of cake and a coffee...and visited again just for the cake as we passed here on one of many walking routes.

I very much enjoyed these castles. The scenery was stunning. Explanations on the different rooms of the castle made this trip more enjoyable.
