We came here to visit the Secret Quarry Garden and visit the garden centre. The plants all look good considering the hot weather we have had. Very tidy centre and well laid out. The Quarry garden was disappointing, we thought it looked uncared for and...More

We visited as part of our U3A Gardening Group on 22nd May 2018. This choice of date turned out even better than we had hoped. Firstly it was a gloriously sunny day and the Quarry Garden was full of colour provided by the numerous Rhododendrons...More

Reasonably priced plants and friendly staff willing to carry heavy items to your vehicle. Nice little cafe that caters for people on a gluten free diet.

A garden centre with food for thought, reasonable prices, unusual plants and plenty of choice.... and so local! Will be a regular place to visit.

We called in to see friends and have a coffee. Good selection of gardening goods and has some different variety from the centre at the top end of the village. The Cafe is well decorated and prices are good.

Visited again after a few years gap. So much work has gone into making a beautiful garden which is full of colour and nooks and crannies and can be viewed from all angles and levels. Dog friendly too with a large car park and only...More

An excellent garden centre where we found the variety of hosta we'd been searching for, no big deal for most people, but the big commercial boys only stock popular varieties. The same goes for other plants too. The stock looked in good condition with plenty...More

We found the secret quarry through the Gardener's world magazine. Although the Magnolias were in bloom and the Rhododendrons were beginning to bloom, I think the place would be best visited either end of April or May. The cafe was lovely and the people were...More
