Aluna Beach Lounge is located right in the middle of Alona Beach with a long Happy Hour from 12pm - 6pm with only 60 Peso beers & Rum/Cokes. A great selection of Cocktails and a brand new kitchen serving delicious freshly made meals. Come on down and enjoy the amazing sunsets while sipping on a Cocktail on Alona Beach.

Location is the only saving grace of this bar. 2 for 1 mojito was a joke, it tasted like dishwater with a dash of lime, some scanty leaves and no semblance to any of the cocktails on the menu. We sent them back and ordered beer instead and they had the audacity to charge us for the mojitos as well as the beers. when i’ve asked the same waitress whom I sent back the drinks with 10 minutes prior for the bill because we decided to leave, she played it coy and pretended she didn’t take them back. The spring rolls is just as bad as the mojito. The spring rolls were a heart attack waiting to happen. Dripping with oil, so much oil you can refry them. Shame, they could do so much better, they have prime location, if you’re running a bar & restaurant, get proper bartenders and cooks. That’s basic.

I think you are confused with the restaurant outside in front of Aluna bar with the tables and chairs on the beach. It is a completely different bar/restaurant but very easy to think it’s part of Aluna bar.

Best breakfast on Panglao bar none. Proper bacon and sausages. Everything was spot on. The burritos are also excellent and for a group the loaded nachos are amazing. The staff there are super friendly and the chef is pretty cool too. He'll do what he can to accommodate whatever you want. I'm going back for sure.

This place made our holidays, for truth. It's good for afternoon relax: you come here after resting on the beach, take rum&coke and look to the ocean end enjoy the ocean breeze.
And that's the best place to party in the evening: to meet interesting people from all over the world, to dance (the music is fantastic!) and just to relax. Just be friendly and opened to suits this place :)
Thank the owners Greg and David, and thanks to our lovely girls: Kates, Maria, Michele, Juliet.. We will return as soon as possible!

I visited many restaurants and bars during my stay at alona beach.There is a really good atmosphere in this bar every one seems happy people from all over the world laughing and chatting together.Great music great food and the bar staff are really nice.You can sit at the bar enjoy a very reasonably priced drink looking out over the beach and at night you can watch the lightning light up the sky far out at sea,Fantastic!
A great big thanks to David and the bar maids for making our holiday very memorable.

Great place for a late night drink (or in the day if you fancy it). Great music with happy bar staff make for a great vibe and chilled night. Great place to get talking to people at the bar.
Wide range of drinks from beer, cocktails etc all at good prices.
Take a left as you come down the main road, and its about 2 mins walk. Ground floor, sea front. Don't miss it!
P.S. I think some of the more negative reviews were when it was under previous management.

We had lunch in the bar yesterday and it was by far the best lunch I had in months!!! Staff is great and the chef is amazing! And yes I am thinking about going back today.

If oredering food be patient. You are warned of a delay as the food is prepared offsite and delivered.
It was the most tasty I had in Alona and worth the wait. Have another beer and chill!
Beers were kept in a freezer so fantastically ice cold. Staff really friendly and efficient, Next drink offered before bottle/ glass empty. Makes commercial sense and a lesson others could learn.
Seats around a large bar ‘Cheers’ fashion great for a bit of banter with similar minded.
Difficult to drag myself away!!

We came here almost every night for happy hour, the beer is super cold which is a nice change from warm beers other places (that are also more expensive!!!) 50 peso ice cold beer till 7pm, the girls are lovely always smiling and you're right on the beach what more can you ask for!!! They also do beers to take out so you can sit on the beach and enjoy the sunset, same price as the shops we found. Really recommend this place!!!

a crazy spot where you can meet all kind of people. The owner, an ex military american guy, knows how to make a popular place. It is full even when all other bars and resaurants are empty.

My most favorite bar on Alona beach. The girls are so lovely and friendly and David and Greg are the best hosts. Fun is not complete if you don't go to Aluna.
