This beach is located 15-20mins away from Alona beach. I want to gatekeep it but its too good not to share. The sand is so fine, and its very convenient due to the nearby mall (Moadto Mall). There are nearby hotels too.

The beach is very clean and most locals stay here. There are no annoying tour salesperson. Very minimal crowd especially in the morning. Its like we rented the beach all to ourselves.

Big and nice beach no boats like in the ugly alona beach.
There are two beach resorts buy they are expensive and I think they are only for Korean tourists.
Nice place for snorkeling and great dives

This beach is gorgeous! However, it isn’t ideal for swimming due to the shallow water. This is away from the crowd and noise of Alona Beach so you will experience a quiet and relaxing stay.

One of the more underrated beaches in Panglao. So much calmer and more peaceful than Alona or Libaong. It's quiet so it's recommended for those who just want to get away and be with the beach. Clear blue water and white sand. By far best sunset views in Panglao!!!

Doljo Beach is on the northern side of Barangay Doljo on the western end of Panglao Island. The beach is about a mile wide, with a 25m stretch of soft powdery white sand that gradually slopes down to a 300m wide sea grass field, which is home to diverse marine life. Good for snorkeling. There are plenty of establishments along the beach offering accommodations with different levels of comfort to suit any budget.

Watch out for sea urchin living in the sea grass.

There is a small bird park at the western tip of town, a short jog from the western end of Doljo beach.

... to see how little the environment is taken care off on this beach. It might be a nice spot for divers but the beach is just another littering place , full with trash. Disgusting, shame on you 😣

The beach is no longer a beach but a collection of trash and rubbish. The trash is being washed ashore from the open water, it is not being put there by the local people or the local businesses.

You used to be able to drive to the end of the road and park. You could walk out to the point and get a beautiful view of Cebu, Negros, and Siquior. You no longer can do that because the property has been bought by a Filipino/Chinese and has added security gates.

I decided to drive back and park at the church and walked out to the beach and then tried to walk out to the point, but was also stop by a security guard.

I'm sure there are plans in the future for them to build a big resort hotel out there and ruin another place for the locals.

So Sad....

This beach is a 200m walk from where the dirt road runs out. Just keep going straight. Its practically deserted most of the time. Best to visit in the morning when the tide is in and swimming is pleasant. Great sunset views too.

The water is clean in the beach but because of it's high tide and low tide,
at around 12 noon you cannot swim because there are many sea urchin.
but you can swim in the morning though.
