There weren't so many people at the time of our visit as there must be in the peak season I suppose, but so many boats it would be very hard to find somewhere to swim! That is why there was a (ridiculously small) designated swimming...More

I will always come back again and again in Alona Beach, its like my happy place. I fell inlove with the place and its the home of the friendliest people also. :) Visit Bohol, Visit Panglao Island :)

Not the greatest beach in the Philippines. Lots of boats and bars. The far western end has more seclusion.

Not as good or as elaborate as Boracay but great nonetheless. Would be a great place to visit for anyone coming to Bohol.

This is nice beach about 1 km long with soft sand, clear water, beautiful corals and starfish. Local peaple calle it "little Boracay". Cons: very few sunbeds there.
