The small aesthetic & good-looking Kali temple does not claim any historical significance. Nevertheless the cleanliness in temple and maintained order in the parking & surrounding shops is quite good. Tripura Tourism has provided a Restaurant & Rooms here. This is same as Kamleshwar Temple at Kamla Sagar. Nearby this beautiful temple is Kamla Sagar Lake, International Border which has weekly Haat. This is about 30 kilometres from Agartala, an hour drive from there.

Its a mind blowing place had gone in evening hours to visit you can hear namaz going on in Bangladesh & at the same time Aarti in temple, its a great temple to visit with Bangladesh just on a walking distance & good to see...More

As story goes the King got angry and removed the goddess statue from inside the temple & left it empty.Reason unknown as why he did it.The temple sorrounding is quite with hardly any people coming to visit here and a small kind of garden .The...More

Situated inside the palace compound,this temple is another good place to visit in Agartala. The greenery around the place provides a touch of serenity.
