It is one of the tourist spot in Agartala. Its must visit, if one can plan to visit Agartala. History and Architecture lover can enjoy to visit this Historical Palace.

I think this type to mahals are rare in India..one or two like jal Mahal... You have go via boating to visit this Mahal... Not properly maintained..

Beautiful destination. 60 km from Agartala. At the summer time kings of Tripura resided here with families.Now a tourist destination..

Start with the ticket office which is in a tall strange building. Its run down and we wait till they get the required numbers for the ride. If you wish to use the toilet, its across the car park in the filthiest place possible. The...More

Way to this palace is more elegant by boat ride and watching different birds. We took many pictures of birds while going by the boat. Near the approach to the palace...it looks amazing. The palace is spread on a lengthy area compared to its width....More

Neemahal is an excellent location for tourist. You need to take a ride in a boat to reach the Palace. It was under renovation when i went there.

We started from CCU Airport towards Agartala and the flight took 50 minutes time by AIRINDIA. The main attraction when you reach there is clean roads and widen spaces. The city is small but very nice. We headed towards TripuraSundori Temple on the next day...More
