A beautiful place to explore, with lots of helpful volunteers in the rooms to point out little gems. Set in beautiful grounds and gardens with ponds which were well worth exploring as well. A Very good gift shop,

The volunteers in all the rooms were very helpful in answering questions. The shuttle bus up the steep drive was welcome since it was raining pretty good when we were there. We combined this with nearby Erdigg (also National Trust) for a great day out.
