You can take a peaceful walk inside the theosophical society to visit the famous old Banyan tree. There are specific timings, so check out the updated information on the internet before you plan a visit.

The best part of Chennai is this place. With all the lush greenery it is a great place to just take a walk and may be sit down at some point to read a book.

We visited with Family early in the morning. Such a quite place inside chennai was refreshing for the kids. We were able to see different plants, flowers apart from the Big Banyan tree of which almost nothing is left. My kid was touching a plant...More
