Quiet, good for a walk, nothing special, must be nice during Sakura-Cherry Blossom, can go there by car, nice view from the top, picnic tables also for BBQ. We went there because we stayed two nights in Tendo, there is not much more to do.

This is a small mountain and park. I hiked to the top in less 15 minutes. You can overook Tendo city from the top, it's great. I heard there are a lot of cherry blossoms here. I wanna come here in the Spring.
