There are 3 windows, Omamori Dokoro, Kaguraden and Kitajima Kunizukurikan, are opened from 6:30 am to 8:00 pm. You can get 4 different stamps when visiting all windows.

It takes 2-3 hour for visit the shrine and for the museum another 2 hour needed. I think in summer it can be but in winter it is hard to finish in one day.
