This museum displays many national treasures, which are related to Munakata Grand Shrine. The entrance (about $7) is totally worth. Unfortunately it is not allowed to take a picture inside.

A sincerely Pristine Place to find Yourself. Also a fantastic historical place. The last time I visited,I made 5 snowmen.

My brother in law drove me and my family here...beautiful location, lots of history and a LOT less commercial than Dazaifu. Some nice walks around the location to see some very old sites..
