The whole experience was perfect. We ran into this place because of the signage on our way to El Yunque. The staff is absolutely professional and helpful, especially Rafaela. We unfortunately had a few less than favorable customer service experiences while in Puerto Rico but fortunately Rafaela made us feel welcomed. We had a hard time trying to get to... More

First time zipliners here and we had the best experience! Everyone was so friendly, fun and helpful! The price was one of the best we saw and the sign-up process was seamless. There are 8 zipline runs. Runs 7 and 8 are the longest! The longest run is about 2300 feet! It was AMAZING! Temperature was great and the views... More

I went zip lining during my stay in PR. It was my first time going to zip line and I had an incredible time!! The staff were super nice and caring. The view from the 7th line was amazing!!!

This was a first for my 12 yr old son & he loved it. The last 2 runs are the best. If you have a go pro you'll need the helmet mount in order to use it.

I went with my 15 and 17 year old children. It was a lot of fun but it went by very quick. The longest zipline is 1 minute 10 seconds - but it was amazing - so beautiful to soar above the treetops of the rainforest. The guides were very friendly and attentive and extremely safety-conscious. I'm not a fan... More

Very cool experience, great views and very nice staff. I hated climbing the tall ladders though because I was so scared...

First time zip lining for most of us. The staff was friendly and made everyone feel safe. 8 zip lines. The first couple are short to get you comfortable with the gear and stopping. The long zip line takes you over the trees with view of rain forest and ocean. It took about 1.5 hours to go through but time... More

I was too chicken to try it, but my husband and teen daughter loved it! One person in group was a little nervou s about the tall ladders to platforms 40 feet up with no fences. Her 10 yr old loved it too! Driveway up was the steepest road we've ever seen. You are then close to El Yunque if... More

Our family, ages 13 through 71, spent a few hours at this attraction and it was a great experience for all of us. The staff is friendly and helpful and eased any concerns of the novices among us (the 71 year olds). The first part of the experience is gentle enough that everyone felt comfortable and ready for the more... More
