You have to visit this place! There is a lot to do...shopping is great too for souvenir stuff. we did the zipline tour (do the full day not what we did - 30 min tour but get ready for VERY high ziplining). 30 min beginner...More

Winding road, beautiful views. The rainforest and walk to the falls was amazing. Walking on a suspension bridge was cool. The animals at the rehab zoo were nice

I recommend going to Anton Valley, but take the time to step off the grid. The locals might not be able to speak English, but they are mostly interested in helping or getting to know you.

I suggest you contact Kevin at Barefoot Panama. He runs a variety of adventure tours out of Panama City and can provide you with the options for the season...which is the dry season.
