I bought my tickets in cash from the ticket offices in front of the main entrance. Unless they changed it since September.

Once you get to the entrance, you don't need to buy the standard tickets, rather, facing the ticket office, go on the right towards the river and there you find some boat-tour agencies. Otherwise, just show them this message... More
