Smaller soul with multiple different sections - fruit & veg, date, antiques, fish, etc. Some of the sections are more interesting & authentic vs others - the antiques were a miss, but enjoyed the fruit & veg. The market is open both morning & evening,...More

The Nizwa souk are several buildings. There is a souk for fish, meat, pottery ... Around the souks are several small shops. Specially the souk with dates is special. So many different tastes! Here you find fresh halwa.

A Souk is a market and the Nizwa souk is with a visit. It is a good place to buy some gift for the people at home. You can find all kind of good things.

Nothing to really see. Unless its market day, there is nothing here, but maybe a few shops selling mostly tourist crap, or local (day to day) items that are of no interest to see or look at.

A perfect place for shopping with local products. There is a fruit and vegetable market, a fish and a spicy market. When you visit the market on Fridays you also find fresh chicken and different birds. On Fridays they sell everything;)

Much better than the souk in Muttrah , although the Muttrah souk is much bigger . You can be more relaxed to wander around as the vendors don't try to lure you in their shop as fanatic as the Muttrah ones do . You can...More
