Not busy at all, they limit the numbers, I think to 12 per session to avoid there being any croutes, you get loads of time to interact personally with the elephants and lots of photo opportunities without anyone in them..

I do t see why not. The elephants are very gentle. You may not get the full experience because of the water activities but otherwise it should be fine.
