If you want to cook a meal this is the place to be. Great selection of spices, vegetables and meats. Most of the remaining shops have a very low end tourist feel. We did find a few shops outside the main area of the market...More
Wonderful authentic market in the heart of Tel Aviv. Fab food stalls, some rude stall holders, but guess thats part of this market (Shuk). Great bits and pieces to buy.... Do try the fresh dates, just delish!!!

Since Yom Haatzmaut is a national holiday, I believe that the market will be closed. Possibly, some of the restaurants and cafes will be open at night. It is worth while to check with any specific restaurant if they are open... More
