Mediocre hike with pretty waterfalls. Best to go in the morning before it gets too hot. Bring bug spray and water. You can go in the water at the very top! We rented a motorbike to get here.

The first bit of the path should be closed. It’s covered in moss and all the wooden bridges are rotting. After I slipped I just turned back. Not worth it. There are much better waterfalls in CM with safer paths.

Mae Sa waterfall is beautiful. The waterflow is calming as we hiked up different levels. We ran out of time and made it to level seven. Hope to return soon.

We visited in April which is the dry season but there was still water flowing. We enjoyed the hike and a dip in one of the pools. The water was clean and clear. We were glad our guide suggested we bring towels from our hotel.

Prepare for the entrance fee., transpo going to and back, food to bring. These 3 are quite expensive. But otherwise everything else is so good.

If you want to get into the water, bring a swim suit or change of cloths also. Yes you can get into the water, this isn't a normal kinda park or trail. I'd say if you want a real challenge, start with parking lot 1...More
