This is one of the few tempels in Thailand where you can walk inside a stupa. And you are rewarded with a great sight once you reach the top level (the lift only operates on weekends. All other times you have to take the stairs)....More

Recently visited and it’s totally worth it!!! Super famous now in japan, so lots of Japanese visitors. Incredibly beautiful. Like no place I’ve seen in Thailand. Great for pictures. Little of the beaten tourist places. Some taxi drivers don’t know it.

This was a highlight during my trip to Bangkok. I loved the serenity and quietness of this temple. The museum floors were very amazing with a lot of great artifacts.

Hi.. sorry I don't know your hotel exactly..but as information the last time I'd stay at Novotel Ploenchit Sukumvit and the driver picked me up from the hotel to Wat Pho it takes about 45minutes-1hour..
