The building is very interesting, however not much to look at. The platforms were very neat & organised, however the waiting area was very much lacking. As a busy station, there were not much options of foods. There weren’t any Halal food in the station,...More

The train station is quite clean with basic restroom facilities (paid - 3 THB). No hassle of tuk-tuk or taxi operators outside the station. Roads are wide and traffic is minimal. Evening street food market is nearby (about a km) and so are 7/11 and...More

If you'll be catching a long distance train from Hua Lamphong Station, be sure to bring your own food and drink for the train. The station does have a Dunkin Doughnuts and a Quick-Mart type store. The KFC appears to have closed. Last week we...More

This strain station looks old compared to the other SkyTrain stations. It feels like traveling back in time. It has very high ceilings with a large area in the middle as a waiting area. This is usually filled with passengers waiting hours for their train....More

This is a beautiful old railway station. Designed by an Italian architect. The station is well maintained. The trains to out stations comfortable and crowded. You come only to catch a train.

We took the night train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Overall a really cool experience. Kids enjoyed it as well. Only downfall here is the company that could surround you. We had several young travellers in their early 20’s who were very loud and didn’t...More

Myself and my family travel from Bangkok to Chengmai in the First Class Cabin. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, staff attitude is the worst and they even accused our family of spilling their bed. And also told us there is a CCTV IN THE CABIN. We...More

Yes there is one. As you enter from the waiting hall through the doors to where the trains arrive, it's on your right straight ahead. They have comfortable seating, coffee, water juices...etc.
