The boat ride is an excellent way to see Bangkok from the water. The river boat takes you along canals the view you get from here is entirely different from the road.

The small canal runs through the heart of Bangkok and is an important part of the Thai capital. Taking the boat is a good experience to see the daily life of Bangkok residents.

If it is the only transportation route you need to take, otherwise you should avoid it. The water is dirty and can be dangerous and slippery at the pier when it is raining. The flood can occur if it rains heavily. I suggest the Chao...More
