About
Jao Ho Street has become a secondary road and the business has also declined. Therefore, the government set up a night market in 1987. It is the second tourist night market in Taipei.

Nice night market primarily on a single road with a diversified group of merchandise vendors and food vendors. Locals recommend this market over a number if others.

Less crowded, more relaxed and with great food variety. You can also find shops that sell pastries to bring home and souvenirs as well as toys. The smell of the stinky tofu is not as strong as the one in Shilin Night Market.

Food in Taiwan overall will not break your wallet, however, really depending what you buy. The majority is at a good price. Most of the food in night market is affordable and good eat for a local and tourist.
