The bus that takes you to the historical village will also make a stop herre. Be sure to do this. The waterfalls are not expansive, like Niagara Falls or other large falls, but they are quite lovely and worth a short stop. The bus comes...More

Quite far to get to from Jiufen old street! Take the local buses from Jiufen old street if you have extra time in your itinerary

From my last review of the Golden Mine Ecopark, we walked 2 hours, following google maps, to the waterfalls... basically we were following the stream going towards the falls

To go expecting a grand waterfall is a mistake. However, the colours of the rocks and the local industrial heritage makes it a worthwhile visit. It is not a standalone destination but we enjoyed it, despite the torrential rain, as part of a visit to...More

Well, I have spent close to 860 NT to travel from Yehliu Geopark to see a mini waterfall before stopping at Jiufen. Don't be fooled by the promotional photos as you will be disappointed when you get to see it in person.

Biggest joke ever, just a tiny waterfall with rip off stalls along the route. It was raining when we went, still pack as ever. Dont waste your time.

Don’t just go to see the waterfall, hike around the whole area, it’s beautiful. Google maps isn’t 100% accurate for this though so be weary, best to get a local map or follow the paths

This waterfall is just near yingyang sea. It can be reach by vehicle with limited parking lots. The water is from top and the yellow rocks are due to copper mining. The water from top split into few flows created the beautiful waterfall with the...More

Loved this waterfall sight. We hiked to it but most cane by car or bus. It’s near the abandoned gold mines of Ruifang. The river is also golden!

In my opinion, it certainly not worth the visit if is to visit only the waterfall. Is out of nowhere and limited parking lots. Most people visited because of the route to Jiufen and Shifen as it is on the way. Nice nature but not...More

With its air of historical heritage, Shuijinjiu
(ShueiNanDong, Jingguashi, Jiufen) used to be
prosperous and glamorous due to mining. Although its
magnificent semblance no longer exists, the peaceful
and beautiful atmosphere has persisted. With a wave to
the age of the gold rush, one can still see a glimpse
of its glorious past through the Golden Waterfall.
