The park is relatively new, so less visited, but definitely worse a visit. The blue color of the waterfall among the trees is breathtaking. Nice walk, suitable for most visitors.

Nice trail in park to gorgeous waterfall and Rio Celeste, with steep inclines and stairs. Saw monkeys and raccoons. Try to go when not crowded as there were many loud tourists when I was there starting late morning, which could be why I didn't see...More

I wanted to visit this volcano and was a bit disappointed that we couldn’t go to the top and view the crater. The park and trail and guide were informative and lots of wildlife to enjoy

The park comprises the whole Vulcano Tenorio, but the only way to visit the park is the (short but stunning) trail along Rio Celeste. If you are interested, check under "Rio Celeste"
