I can't explain or describe enough how good this trip was. Detailed and 100% private attention. Everyone was very professional, hard working, and very carefully adjusted each experience to make it better. Driver is with you at each location and ready when you are to travel. Very nice and professional. The whale shark watching is phenomenal and once in a lifetime. The local crews actually bring the whale sharks within feet and inches of you over and over again for thirty minutes. The boat crews are constantly there in the water making sure you are safe and getting the most. 3 different whale sharks were constantly right in front of us and near us within feet and in a few cases, inches. Gentle giants. The sandbar tour guide was with you every step and making sure your stuff is watched and you get transport and to each side of the island. Kawasan falls was even more cool and wondrous than the photos. You need to see it for yourself. Large jungle river canyon with jade colored and fresh water. Plenty of jumps and exciting climbing and swimming with even a big rope swing jump towards the end. Guide was very friendly, helpful, and even got us through the rest of the crowd and pushed us ahead. Very detailed and attentive. Definitely come to Cebu and get this trip. Absolutely 100% worth the long day and the money. Once in a lifetime.

We did the private tour to swim with whale sharks and caynoneering in Kawasan falls and has an absolute blast!! It was one of our day tours ever! Swimming the whale sharks is such an incredible experience and a must do!! Canyoneering in Kawasn fall was incredible!! I was initially a little nervous but our tour guides Roy and Login were super caring and made sure we were looked after and our safety was their first priority!! They took some great photos and videos for us and we were super happy!! Special thanks to Wilson our guide and driver who is an absolute gem!! He is so knowledgeable and informative, very kind and patient person!! We would highly recommend booking with Cebu tours ask for Wilson to be your driver and I promise you won’t be disappointed!!

Excellent day spent with Abam as my tour guide. First, pickup promptly at 4:00 am in Cebu Coty to Oslob for Whale Shark snorkeling. We arrived and Glaiza took over. Top notch service and priority booking all the way. The mango shakes were perfect. The whale shark snorkeling was outstanding. Next stop was Kawasan Falls as Tumilon Falls was experiencing drought. The drive around the south end of Cebu was absolutely beautiful. On arrival to Kawasan Falls, Christine took over. A nice 15 minute walk to level 1 of the Kawasan Falls. Great conversation and upon arrival, the Kawasan Falls were rolling nicely. Swimming in the falls area was fabulous!! The drive from Kawasan Falls to Cebu City was nice. Abam knew a few shortcuts to beat traffic. All in all, one of the most memorable days of my 63 years in life!! Salamat Po.

We booked our tour at 10:00 pm to next morning next day on their own cebutours website. We were afraid that it would be hard to organize a tour but after 5 minutes they confirmed our tour. We requested to start the tour the tour at 10:00 am, they changed it based on our request 🥹. Our guide Abam was really good in taking photos and energetic. During the whole tour he was smiling and picking up the best spots to take photos. We had a great time. I really recommend this tour agency^^

Was a great day! Booked at the evening before and everything works perfect - fast conversation, cheaper as i expected including light breakfast and lunch, friendly guide there too and good organized! The whalesharksnorkeling was an amazing experience also for my 6 yrs old son! We decided at the waterfalls to go canyoning and the taxidriver got 3 hours as a babysitter for our boy - we enjoyed with 2 guides our private tour in the canyon and got home after all save! I had an amazing time, and an awesome tour guide. I can’t remember her name but she was a small, petite young lady with glasses, and I must say she did an outstanding job as my tour guide. This young lady did an incredible job which caused me to the most incredible experience on this tour.

I had an amazing time on this trip. The whale shark encounter will be an unforgettable experience. This entire trip from the time my driver, Arnold, picked me up to the time he dropped me off at my residence. I must say Arnold did an excellent job getting me to the destination safely and returning home safely. He would asked me periodically during our ride to Oslob if I wanted him to adjust how he drove so I would be comfortable. He drove very well, and I had no problem with his driving. I recommend if you’re coming to the Philippines or if you’re already here to take advantage of this tour. You will not be disappointed.

Our recent island hopping and canyoneering tour in Moalboal was a major disappointment. Initially booked for a seemingly reasonable price of 3450 pesos per person, the experience was marred by poor communication, unexpected costs, and subpar services. The day began with a 35-minute delay by the driver, despite multiple attempts to contact the agent, Mark. Upon arrival in Moalboal, we were met with another agent who insisted on immediate full payment, contradicting our prior agreement. The pressure tactics didn't end there; we were then bombarded with offers to rent unnecessary equipment at inflated prices. Despite clear communication about payment preferences, we were forced to find a cash machine to avoid a hefty surcharge, causing undue stress, especially in front of our children. The provided lunch was basic and underwhelming, and the promised canyoneering activity was completely omitted. The kasawan falls excursion was merely a drop-off point, with the accompanying guide offering no assistance or engagement. The promised canyoneering was nowhere to be found. Instead, we were simply taken to the falls with no adventure or guidance whatsoever. This was a blatant misrepresentation of the tour. In stark contrast, a previous island hopping experience in Boracay offered exceptional value, including delicious barbecue, for a fraction of the cost. It's evident that the primary focus of this tour operator is profit maximization rather than customer satisfaction. Given that similar activities can be independently arranged for less than half the price, we strongly advise against using this particular agency. Potential travelers should be aware of the potential pitfalls and prioritize clear communication and transparency when booking tours with them as we spent over 14200 pesso Overall, our experience was a costly and frustrating one, and we cannot recommend this tour operator to others.

Incredible waters once again. The tour guides were mostly on their phones but still a positive experience over all. The sights outweighs that detail for sure.

The views were absolutely incredible. I had the most supportive guides as I was so nervous travelling solo. They continued to push me in facing my fear of heights and had helped me through some of the more complicated rapids to get through. I had my beautiful driver Abam come with me. If you are travelling solo you should definitely recommend Abam as your driver. He is so kind hearted and friendly, makes your trip feel so much more enjoyable and comfortable. Although I was travelling solo I met so many lovely people as I travelled through the canyons. I definitely would recommend this trip to anyone!
