- alansR8963QV00ExcitingThe tour guides were so funny and kind as well as very intelligent. I loved the entire experience and learned a lot about Washington nature and wildlife. I wish there was more hiking involved but it was a fun day experience.
- N3675MNdeniseh00Amazing National Park TourThere was no one else who booked the tour. However, they didn’t cancel the tour and took me on a private tour! I have never had that before and appreciate it a lot! Tour was super amazing and the guide was very flexible and did the tour accordingly to my wish (e.g. how far I wanted to hike, if I wanted more information or just enjoy the nature silently, if I needed a bathroom stop,..) . We also stoped at Lake Crescent for a quick pick. I‘m really thankful for the gorgeous day!
- Ambassador77074600An amazing experience with fabulous guidesA tour with Olympic Hiking Co. is confirming a good experience. The check in experience is easy, and the information provided makes it easy to be prepared for the days activities. Trevor is helpful in making everyone feel welcome before leaving on the adventure. Our guide Eric made Olympic National Park come alive. He took the time to find out what we were interested in, and talked with interest with us throughout the day. We learned about the flora and fauna, local folklore, customs, and various other topics. An amazing day. I highly recommend Olympic Hiking Company for your National Park adventures.
- pnws202300Excellent shuttle to Shi ShiGreat shuttle from Rialto to Shi Shi. Driver was courteous, informative, on time, and safe. The price for the shuttle was reasonable given the time and distance covered. Would definitely book again.
- 568yasimk00Amazing experience with a great tour guide and awesome groupAmazing experience with a great tour guide and awesome group. Eric is just amazing and he is an encyclopedia of knowledge.
- A7051FCanner00The best way to experience Olympic ParkThe trip exceeded my exceptions in many ways. The natural beauty was awesome, the ride smooth and relaxing , and I learned a lot. Eric , the guide, was warm, inclusive, and somehow, helped the group become cohesive. I highly recommend this to anyone who wishes to see the best of Olympic National Park. The company knows the way to avoid crowds and where to go to see the best parts. I stayed in Sequim, but I liked the Port Angeles area nearby, and will stay there next time.
- W2144YBsabrinac00What a great experience!A well-organized tour with professional and knowledgeable guides. Olympic Hiking Co. even provided us with resources for arranging public transportation to and from Port Angeles. We hope to be back!
- timmmcguire00Shuttle Service for hiking Olympic CoastlineShuttle for south Olympic coastline backpacking. Perfectly on time. Personable safe and exactly what we needed to take us to the other end of our hike so we could spend three beautiful days hiking back to our car. 5 stars!!
- LoveTravel36604300Last Min HeroBooked a shuttle from Oil City to Third beach. We called the day before our hike before they officially open for the season and they were still able to accommodate us. Saved our hike! Highly recommend!
- Wander1309911826800Backpacking the Olympic CoastI planned my backpacking trip a week and a half out and in the off-season so I was very skeptical I would find any way to get a shuttle and Olympic Hiking Co was able to provide exactly what I needed. It wasn’t the cheapest, but for a custom shuttle in the off-season that took them several hours to get me where I needed to go, It seemed reasonable. The driver was extremely friendly and on time. And it made my entire trip goes so smoothly. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
- Curious3261709379700Top professionals!Great winter snow shoeing adventure on the Hurricane Hill trail. Tommy , Eric and Trevor were great guides - constantly focusing on safety while providing great information about the flora and fauna of Olympus National Park. We would wholeheartedly recommend Olympic Hiking Company to anyone wishing to experience the great outdoors!
- 756marshah00Snowshoe Hurricane Ridge 5 miles rt. with 900ft elevation gain.Of course the snowshoeing in general and meeting new friends. Learning some new tips from our guides Tommy and Eric on alpine snow safety and also being able to challenge myself in the open terrain within the safety of the group. I feel much more confident that I’ll be able to snowshoe there next time and make the push to the summit of Hurricane Hill.
- karenshayPA00Definitely take a snowshoe tourWe live in Port Angeles, but hadn’t snowshoed before, so we signed up for the guided tour to learn. This is a lovely experience from start to finish. The owner Tommy answered all my questions, our two guides, Tracy & Amy, were attentive, welcoming and knowledgeable. I ended up being the most tired/winded of the group toward the end, and one of them stayed with me & offered conversation & tips on how to go uphill (I have a hard time breathing while going up a hill, no matter how many times I walk/jog my hilled road.) The snowshoes and poles they provide worked great and our guides provided insight into other brands and features we may want if we buy our own. And the sandwich from Country Aire is always tasty. I love that this tour uses the local, yummy grocery store for lunches.
- 900keiraj00Friendly Staff and Convenient ShuttleMy partner and I took the shuttle up to Hurricane Ridge to ski. It was a stunning drive and we felt safe and cared for the whole way. Everyone at Olympic Hiking Co. is friendly and kind and we would book with them again in a heartbeat!
- Lisa137400Great service, excellent option for Hurricane Ridge! We took the shuttle to Hurricane Ridge. Great service, very professional and extra helpful. We appreciated not having to drive or worry about parking.

AMAZING! I wish I had selected all of the peninsula tours offered, but my time in the area was short. This one did not disappoint. I would use this company again in a heart beat. Thanks Eric for an excellent adventure.

It was a perfect day for a visit. The visibility was excellent, a few cumulus decorated the mountains. We did go on several trails (some were even paved). It’s a must see park if one is within driving distance.

Hurricane Ridge is well worth seeing, but even more important is scheduling your tour with an ethical company that goes above and beyond in customer service. My husband and I purchased 2 tickets and were eager to go, when an unexpected (of course) visit to urgent care made it impossible for him to participate. When I called that morning, well after the 24 hour cancellation window, just to let them know not to wait for us, The person I spoke with immediately said they would refund both of our tickets, in spite of the late notice and that they were sorry for our situation. Within minutes a full refund for both tickets was credited to us. On a stressful day (try finding open urgent care centers in an unfamiliar area on a Sunday) they were generous and thoughtful. That's a 5-star company!

Tracy was our guide on a day that was decidedly not ideal, but we loved her stories and appreciated her steadiness all along the way. I'm so glad we went! Also, even though our time at the Ridge itself was shortened a bit by the weather, she even took us on a detour to a lovely mini hike and waterfall spot at the end. Above and beyond!

Hi, I am interested on your 4 hour-tour to Hurricane Ridge in Olympic National Park. However, my timing is very tight because I will take Ferry from Seattle to Bainbridge, then take bus 123 the strait shot departs at 10:20am, schedule to arrive Port Angeles Gateway TC at 12:15. Your departure time is 12:30, could you wait me a few minutes if I am on the bus that causes late?
I already booked your another tour of Hoh Rain Forest and Rialto Beach Guided Tour in Olympic National Park on 24th August. If you have any idea, please advise.
Please email me, thank you.
Thank you!
