Night Cemetery & Ghost BYOB Bus Tour in New Orleans
From US$28.00
Overview
Explore New Orleans’ ‘Cities of the Dead’ on the only ghost tour offering cemetery access after dark. While most haunted history tours stay in the bustling French Quarter, this one takes you into the silent, shadowy realms of some of the city’s oldest and most haunted graveyards. Hear chilling tales of paranormal activity while exploring the curious above-ground burial practices of these famous final resting places.
What to Expect

A visit to New Orleans famous “Cities of the Dead” has become a must do during your time here. Hauntingly beautiful and elaborately ornate, our cemeteries also hold stories of ghosts, past and present, which will chill you to the core! “NOLA GHOSTRIDERS” is the only cemetery tour offered under the cover of night. We leave the French Quarter behind as our bus creeps along Esplanade Avenue. We travel to what used to be the edge of town, which are now the bustling neighborhoods of Mid-City and City Park.

There are 42 cemeteries in the New Orleans area, and we will visit multiple cemeteries. We will discuss our unique burial rituals and practices during our strolls as we offer visitors an up close and personal look at some of the most popular cemeteries!

Don't waste your money!

We are seasoned travellers. We have been on a lot of tours. This one is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The first stop is looking through the locked gate of a cemetery for approximately 10 minutes.. Second stop is at the city park cafe where we felt pressured...More

We really enjoyed ourselves on this tour. Our guide Cedric was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The stops were creepy and although i didn't see any ghost, it was definetly fun!

You DO NOT go into THREE cemeteries

The trip was advertised as "the only night tour that takes your insides cemeteries". Note the plurality of "cemeteries". Well, the guide took us to saint Louis #3 which was locked. We got a little background and learned about the architecture of tombs as well...More

Not very good

So you first get on a bus that takes you to a locked cemetery and you look through the gates, next 'stop' was driving through another cemetery (that was it), then we had approx 10 minutes at another cemetery (no commentary, they just let us...More

Cedric was a fantastic guide, he was entertaining and interesting. If you're looking for a fun and interesting adventure in New Orleans this is one i would recommend. It wasn't as scary as we had hoped it would be but we still had fun

Hi Andrea, the bus we rode on, was like a small school-bus, with the long row of seats, that seats 2. The ride itself was quite bubby. If this is the type of bus in which you will be riding on, i suggest you bring a pillow... More

Hi 88, if you call the number on your ticket, you can ask if there is enough seats available for your group. The bus that i rode in, was the smaller buses, that hold about 30 people. Good luck.
