A Most Enjoyable Walk Through History

We booked this tour during the week of JazzFest. A few days before we made the booking, we happened to pass through the Garden District and realized that we knew almost nothing about the magnificent houses that we were seeing or the history of such...More

Great tour, highly recommend!

Our tour guide James was great and knew the history. I lived that our tour group was small, verse the other groups that we passed that had 20-30 people in a group. With only 6 in our group we really got to see a lot...More

James is very funny and knows how to tell a good story! We are committed to keeping our groups small because the lively "walking and talking" experience is great for everyone. And EVERY Lucky Bean tour, because the groups are small, ends up being a...More

The Garden District is such a peaceful oasis from the bustle of the French Quarter, with enough "color" to make it fun and interesting. I enjoy my small tours, because every time someone speaks up and asks a question, it personalizes that tour and improves...More

Don't Miss This Opportunity!

I'm so glad I chose the small tour with Lucky Bean Tours. It's much more intimate and personal than the large tours. You can hear every word the guide says, and ask as many questions as you'd like. Libby was fantastic! Her family has lived...More

Thanks for the fantastic review! Small groups are the best, and asking and answering questions make the time so enjoyable. I do know a lot about our history and culture, but not everything, and I am always studying and reading. Almost every day I bring...More

That's a pretty big group for 1 tour guide. Frankly, I'd split the group between 2 guides if possible.
