For this New Orleans plantation tour, meet at the lighthouse at the Steamboat Natchez dock on Toulouse Street near the Mississippi River.
Once you board your comfortable coach bus, ride to the first plantation you selected. During booking, you pick two plantations from a list of three: Oak Alley Plantation, Laura Plantation, and Whitney Plantation.
Your guide tells you the history of each plantation, and shares stories about some of the people who lived on them.
Your plantation tour in New Orleans drops you back at the original meeting point when it ends.

If you stop at Oak Alley there is a cafe with good sandwiches. We had plenty of time.

My sister has a walker for assistance and managed to get around however they will pick you up in a cart if you have a disability and can't manage to walk very far, just ask your driver to organise for you.
